Questions
Is this for a business like mine?
It fits best if you send 10 or more invoices a month, have clients who pay late, or lose evenings to admin. If you send a handful of invoices a year, good software is enough and I will tell you so.
How many hours is that?
You pay for the result, not the hours. The price stays the same in a busier month, up to the agreed volume.
Do you file my tax returns, and do you work with my accountant?
I don't file. I prepare the VAT and tax workpapers; your accountant reviews and files, and keeps doing the annual accounts. I make sure the file arrives complete and on time, and I can deal with them directly so you don't have to.
Is my data safe, and do you get access to my bank?
I work inside your own accounting software with my own login, under a signed confidentiality and data processing agreement. I don't need to be able to pay from your bank: I prepare the payments, you approve them. When we stop, my access goes the same day.
When can I reach you, with you being in Bali?
On weekdays I am online from 15:00 to 21:00 Bali time, which covers the morning and early afternoon in Europe, and I answer every message within one working day.
How do I see what was done each month?
Every month you get one overview: invoices sent, payments received, who is late and what I did about it, and what is ready for your accountant. You can also look in your own software at any time.
What happens if you are ill or on holiday?
Holidays are announced at least four weeks ahead and your monthly work is finished before I go. Your procedures are written down in a handbook that is yours, so nothing lives only in my head. If I am ill for more than two working days, you hear it the same day.
What if it doesn't work for us?
The first month is a trial: stop after it with no notice. After that, the notice period is 30 days.
What if you're late?
Then that month costs 25% less, deducted from the next invoice. You don't need to ask.
Do you use AI with my data?
I use smart automation in a business environment where your data isn't used to train AI, and I check every number myself.
